We’re trendsetters and visionaries, Our work really does speak for itself + We value our relationships

We are in an industry that looks to us for design, innovation and THE BEST service. We take that as a badge of honor and hold our team to an incredibly high standard that keeps the legacy going.

Our work really does speak for itself. We pioneered a concept that brings food, styling, planning + logistics into the micro-events space. We make it look easy but it’s definitely NOT EASY. We are a tiny but mighty team of go-getters that work well under pressure, aren’t afraid to hustle and MAKE IT WORK. Attention to detail, punctuality and problem solving are must-haves. You also have to CARE. Giving your all + committing to the client experience is what sets our team apart from the crowd.

We value our relationships: with our team, our clients, and the community. Our holistic approach to business propels us forward because we know we can’t do it alone. Our team comes first, (without U there is no US.) That said, it’s still a job and again, it’s not easy. We value dedication, loyalty, commitment to excellence and grit. We expect a lot out of our team but we also give as much as we can. Flexible schedules + competitive pay (deeply discounted events + mileage stipends) are standard
