How do I book?We're so excited you're ready to book with us! For picnics head over to our Book Your Setting tab and fill out our form (make sure to include any special requests). Once you submit the form, one of our settings specialists will contact you via phone to complete the booking process! Please note that you have until one week (7 days) before your scheduled picnic to cancel in order to receive a partial refund of 50% of your total invoice. A 50% non-refundable service fee will incur if you do cancel for any reason. Blush & Co is not responsible for refunding the full amount. After the one-week mark, all funds are non-refundable. For other Events please send us a inquiry under the custom event tab.

What is included with each picnic?All picnic set-ups include the following: Delivery, set-up & breakdown Location suggestions (parks & beaches) One time use cutlery, glassware & plates Coordination & styling Cushions Picnic blanket 2 hour seating time (can be extended upon request for an additional charge) sign with a custom message Bluetooth speaker Waste basket Hand sanitizer Water Please see our "Our Picnic Settings" tab for further detail on each of our picnics as inclusions vary.

Do you provide food and drink?For Picnics We provide flat or sparkling water. For additional food and drink options, please visit our add-ons tab for more information. Please note that unfortunately due to restrictions, we are unable to sell alcoholic products to you at this time. You are more than welcome to bring your own wine or beer (hard liquors are prohibited by law). Blush & Co takes no responsibility for any alcohol consumption, injuries sustained or fines incurred. For Custom events- Yes We can! We have a host of vendors we work with, From Bakers, catering , DJ's, Photographers and more.

Is there a damage deposit?There is a $50+ refundable damage deposit attached to your invoice in case of damaged or lost items. You are responsibe for the set up and its entirety during the duration of your event and until Blush & Co take possession of the items. The damage deposit will be refunded no later than 48 hours after your event, granted there are no lost or damaged items and no proffessional cleaning required on any of the equipment. If the damages to items surpass the damage deposit, you will be charged full cost of said items to the card on file. . For customs events over 10 people, the deposit starts at $200.

Can I bring my own food and drink?Of course you can! Effective 10/1/21, we will be offering the option to add on food by one of our preferred chefs!

How much does it cost to book a picnic?Our picnic prices begin at $149!

What if I damage something?We understand accidents happen so please don't feel bad! During our breakdown and clean up process, if any items are found with irreparable damage, you will be notified and charged accordingly.

Do I need to clean up after my picnic?No way!!! We will handle everything!!!!

How long are your picnics?Our picnics are 2 hours! However, additional hours are available for an hourly fee.

How far in advance should I book?Due to our calendar filling up fast, and permit requirements, we ask that you inquire about your desired date and submit your deposit at least one month in advance to reserve your picnic with us. We will accept a minimum of 3 days notice for bookings. A $50 rush fee will be applied to any bookings that are booked under 7 days.

What to do about weather issues?Don't we all just love Saint Louis’s unpredictable weather? We suggest having a covered or indoor alternative as your back up plan in case of any weather issues. As stated in the contract you will receive upon booking, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelation due to weather (ONLY ACCEPTABLE FOR WEATHER RELATED ISSUES). Once we receive notice, we will work with you to reschedule your event within 2 months. Please note, all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a natural catastrophe (ex. hurricane), or government closures we will work with you to reschedule your picnic at no additional cost to you.

What happens if I arrive late?We will stay there until you arrive to the location, but keep in mind this will extend into the alloted time for your picnic. Extra time may be available to add on for a charge. We ask if you need to leave early for any reason at all, please give us a call and stay until we arrive to the location so that our items will not be left unnattended. Your picnic shall not be left unnattended at any time during the duration of your event to avoid stolen or damaged items.

Can we leave early?Yes, but we require 30 minutes notice if you would like to leave your setting earlier than the arranged time. Please note that you are responsible for all picnic items until one of our settings specialists arrives to begin our breakdown process. Should you leave before your arranged time and any damages or theft occur, you will be held responsible.

What is your cancellation policy?Life happens, am I right? If you wish to cancel your picnic entirely, please note that all fees paid are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule your picnic instead, you have up to 7 days before the date of your picnic to reschedule. 6 days or less may result in a rescheduling fee. The date of your new picnic must be rescheduled within 2 months of the date of your original picnic. If you do not wish to reschedule, we can cancel your picnic entirely, no refunds.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY*Using the services provided by Blush & Co, you and your party agree that Blush & Co can not be held liable for any injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property resulting from you or your party's use of our services. You acknowledge that you and your party's use of our services involve inherent risks of injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property, that you and your party's participation is entirely voluntary and that you and your party elect to assume all such risk and use the services provided by Blush & Co. You and your party, along with your respective heirs, administrators, personal representatives, executors, successors, and assigns agree to waive any right to bring legal action against Blush & Co for personal injury, illness, death, and/or personal property damage/loss sustained while engaging in our events or using our services. If you or your party should require medical attention while using our services or participating in one of our events you and your party also agree to be financially responsible for the costs of that treatment. Please follow the city laws on alcohol/drug use in public spaces or parks. You and your party agree to all terms and conditions above upon booking/paying for the picnic.

What steps are you taking to protect against COVID-19?Blush & Co abides by all standards set forth by the state governments and CDC. All items are thoroughly sanitized and cleaned prior to guest use. All of our settings specialists wear and use the required protective gear. Masks are required for all employees.
